Key Responsibilities

• Format large MS Word documents – mainly business proposals
• Create formatting style sheets in MS word to standardize formatting
• Proofread for US English and language structure
• Ensure compliance with the RFP requirements
• Research and write fresh content for business proposals
• Write Thought Leaderships, Whitepapers, etc.

Key Requirements

• Must have experience in technical content writing
• Must have knowledge of basic IT services
• Must have experience in the formatting of word documents
• Knowledge of PowerPoint presentations
• Must have experience in proofreading large documents
• Knowledge of Chicago Manual of Style or other frameworks
• Tier 1 College is an added advantage
• Candidates from Gurgaon and Delhi are preferred
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of IT domain
• Knowledge of Pre-sales
