About Company and the Role
Worxwide is a six year, digital growth consulting firm, specialised in Bid Consulting, UX Design, Sales Automation and Customer Experience.
We are seeking a passionate and budding entrepreneur, who is result orientated with a minim 8 years of experience in project management, people management and customer success. This role may require 10% travel to client sites in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Oversee and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise of business services to clients for example: UX Design, Bid Consulting, Customer Experience and Sales Automation
- Engage with clients on business requirement gathering and conceptualisation of a project plan (Gantt charts)
- Create and manage comprehensive project documentation, maintaining transparency and effective communication.
- Create Sprint plans and work with teams and clients in agile fashion
- Implement best practices of project management across scope, cost and time
- Manage tools like Jira, Asana for project management
- People Management
- Lead a team to manage people and govern processes
- Ensure optimal allocation and utilisation of resources
- Identify conflict of interest issues and manage with people
- Customer Success
- Regularly speak to multiple clients across projects on weekly basis to collate feedback and take correction actions
- Take new initiatives that lead to customer success and growth
- Business Growth and PoCs
- Take accountability of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to get it delivered and work with clients to generate business
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to up-sell and cross-sell across existing or new clients
Must Have’s:
- 8+ years of experience in project management, customer success
- Strong knowledge and past experience in IT services/digital transformation or UX Design services
- PMP or Prince 2 Certification
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies/Kanban
- Proven experience in people management
- Good working knowledge of power point/client facing decks
- Ability to build good working relationships at all levels
- Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- MBA is preferred
