We are looking for a Manager – Salesforce Business Development who can drive pipeline and revenue for our Salesforce consulting services, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
This role is ideal for someone who can hunt, build relationships with CXOs, run consultative discovery, and convert opportunities into signed projects.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end new business acquisition for Salesforce consulting and implementation projects.
Identify and target ICP accounts across Manufacturing, FMCG, BFSI, and Tech.
Drive outbound prospecting using LinkedIn, email, partner ecosystem, and warm networks.
Conduct discovery calls, understand client pain points, and position Worxwide solutions.
Build and manage a healthy pipeline through CRM discipline and weekly forecasting.
Work closely with Presales / Solutioning team to create proposals, SoWs, and commercials.
Coordinate with delivery leadership to ensure smooth handover and long-term account growth.
Create and manage partnerships and co-selling motions with Salesforce ecosystem.
Maintain strong understanding of Salesforce offerings:
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce.
