Partner – Sales Tech & Sales Transformation (CRM, Martech and GTM)

As the Partner – Sales Tech & Sales Transformation, you will play a critical leadership role in growing and leading Worxwide’s Sales Tech practice. You will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategies to optimize sales processes through CRM, martech, and GTM (Go-To-Market) technologies. This includes overseeing the delivery of sales transformation projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-level program governance. Your efforts will contribute directly to the business growth, innovation, and market positioning of Worxwide in the sales technology space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Practice Growth & Business Development:
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand the Sales Tech & Sales Transformation practice, focusing on CRM, martech, and GTM Strategies for clients to identify new revenue streams for them.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing relationships and creating new ones with senior executives and decision-makers.
    • Lead sales efforts in preparing proposals, conducting sales presentations, and driving client acquisition.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create offerings and solutions that resonate with market needs.
  2. Sales Transformation Strategy & Execution:
    • Lead the design and implementation of sales transformation strategies, using best-in-class CRM, martech, and GTM technologies.
    • Advise clients on the integration of digital tools that streamline the sales process, enhance customer engagement, and improve sales performance.
    • Drive the digitalization of sales operations, including lead management, pipeline visibility, customer segmentation, automation, and reporting through platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, and other relevant technologies.
  3. Program Governance & Delivery:
    • Oversee the successful delivery of sales tech and transformation programs, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.
    • Ensure strong governance of client projects by maintaining clear communication, managing timelines, budgets, and risks, and ensuring the alignment of project outcomes with business goals.
    • Work closely with clients and internal teams to manage the entire lifecycle of sales tech solutions—from design to deployment to optimization.
  4. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Integration:
    • Lead the development of GTM strategies for clients, leveraging sales tech tools to support sales and marketing alignment, customer acquisition, and market penetration.
    • Help clients optimize their marketing technology stack, including data management platforms (DMPs), customer data platforms (CDPs), and marketing automation systems.
    • Ensure that the sales process is optimized for both inbound and outbound sales efforts, leveraging CRM and marketing technologies to support seamless lead generation and conversion.
  5. Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the main point of contact for senior client stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of project outcomes.
    • Build long-term relationships with key clients, advising them on best practices and innovative solutions to enhance their sales effectiveness and marketing impact.
    • Address any client concerns or challenges and proactively provide solutions that drive success.
  6. Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of sales technology consultants, architects, and analysts.
    • Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation within the team.
    • Ensure the team has the right skills and knowledge to implement complex sales tech and transformation initiatives across different industries.
  7. Thought Leadership & Innovation:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in sales technology, CRM systems, martech, and sales transformation.
    • Contribute to thought leadership through blogs, articles, webinars, and speaking engagements, positioning Worxwide as an expert in the sales tech and transformation space.
    • Encourage and promote the adoption of new technologies, processes, and methodologies that drive measurable impact for clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in sales technology, CRM, martech, and sales transformation within a consulting or enterprise environment.
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.), marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.), and GTM technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale sales transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  • In-depth understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, sales forecasting, customer segmentation, and reporting.
  • Experience in integrating sales and marketing technologies to create unified, data-driven go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to drive business development efforts, including generating new business, managing client relationships, and leading teams to execute on client needs.
  • Strong project management skills, including expertise in managing timelines, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with C-suite and senior client stakeholders.
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing, fintech, BFSI, and consumer goods is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
