Salesforce Solution Design: Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud to align with client requirements, ensuring scalability and optimal performance.
Data Management & Reporting: Set up and manage data structures, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for business growth and customer service improvements.
Process Automation: Use Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to automate business processes and enhance productivity.
User Support & Training: Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of customizations, configurations, and processes for future reference and troubleshooting.
Best Practice Implementation: Stay up-to-date on Salesforce best practices, new features, and integrations to recommend improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce Experience: At least 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and user support.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce components such as Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, Custom Objects, and AppExchange packages.
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose Salesforce-based solutions.
Client-Focused Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating clear, comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and user training.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and a methodical approach to resolving issues.
Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Console or Sales Cloud Console, including case management, lead management, and opportunity tracking.
Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
Experience in using Salesforce integrations (e.g., API connections) or experience with related tools such as Data Loader.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years of experience in development of applications in sales cloud or service cloud
Salesforce Certifications (L2 and above)
Agentforce AI Implementation Experience atleast in one project
