Consultant – Salesforce Agentforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Work with clients to understand their business needs, define requirements, and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Salesforce Solution Design: Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud to align with client requirements, ensuring scalability and optimal performance.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Set up and manage data structures, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for business growth and customer service improvements.
  • Process Automation: Use Salesforce tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules to automate business processes and enhance productivity.
  • User Support & Training: Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of customizations, configurations, and processes for future reference and troubleshooting.
  • Best Practice Implementation: Stay up-to-date on Salesforce best practices, new features, and integrations to recommend improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Salesforce Experience: At least 1+ year of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud, including configuration, customization, and user support.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce components such as Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, Custom Objects, and AppExchange packages.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Client-Focused Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating clear, comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and user training.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and a methodical approach to resolving issues.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud Console or Sales Cloud Console, including case management, lead management, and opportunity tracking.
  • Basic understanding of Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
  • Experience in using Salesforce integrations (e.g., API connections) or experience with related tools such as Data Loader.

Must Have

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in development of applications in sales cloud or service cloud
  • Salesforce Certifications (L2 and above)
  • Agentforce AI Implementation Experience atleast in one project
  • B-Tech or Masters in Engineering
