The client

One of India’s most recognised premium bath fittings and sanitaryware brands  a company present across thousands of dealer touchpoints with a product portfolio spanning faucets, showers, and wellness installations — was investing in modernising its dealer ordering and warehouse dispatch operations across India. With a complex multi-tier dealer network and warehouse system requiring tight coordination between order placement and inventory dispatch, the company needed a technology solution that could bridge the gap between natural human communication and enterprise system operations. Worxwide built a voice-first, multilingual ordering and dispatch system integrated directly with their DMS platform.

The problem

Despite significant investment in Dealer Management Systems and warehouse automation, the actual workflows connecting dealers to inventory and warehouse operators to dispatch systems remained manual, error-prone, and slow across the Indian distribution network. The absence of real-time, conversational integration between the people doing the work and the systems governing it was creating avoidable delays, inventory inaccuracies, and dealer frustration.

  • Manual Dealer Ordering Causing Errors and Delays — Dealers placing orders through traditional system interfaces faced time-intensive, multi-step processes prone to manual errors — leading to order delays, incorrect product specifications, and dealer frustration that undermined the brand’s premium customer experience standards across India.
  • Warehouse Dispatches Requiring Manual System Updates — Warehouse managers and operators had to manually update inventory and dispatch records after every physical movement, creating a lag between physical operations and system reality that generated inaccuracies in stock records and slowed the fulfilment cycle.
  • No Real-Time Integration Between Dealer Orders and Warehouse — The absence of seamless, real-time data flow between dealer order placement and warehouse dispatch meant both ends of the fulfilment chain operated on delayed, incomplete information — slowing turnaround times and creating operational blind spots across the Indian distribution network.

OUR SOLUTION

Worxwide implemented a voice conversation interface within the Dealer Management System, enabling dealers to place orders naturally through spoken interaction without navigating complex system screens. Warehouse managers were equipped with voice command capabilities to trigger dispatch operations and update inventory in real time, with backend integrations ensuring order placement, dispatch confirmation, and inventory updates synchronised automatically. Multilingual Hindi-English support with contextual tonality made every interaction feel natural rather than mechanical.

  • Voice-Integrated Dealer Ordering Within the DMS — A voice interface embedded directly into the Dealer Management System allowed dealers to place, modify, and confirm orders through natural spoken conversation eliminating the manual navigation burden and reducing specification errors, delivering an experience matching the premium quality standards of the automotive brand.
  • Voice-Commanded Warehouse Dispatch Operations — Warehouse managers gained the ability to trigger dispatch operations, confirm movements, and update inventory through voice commands  enabling hands-free system interaction in an environment where physical activity made traditional interfaces impractical, with real-time backend sync ensuring accuracy.
  • Multilingual Hindi-English Support with Contextual Tonality — Contextually intelligent multilingual support with natural Hindi-English code-switching and appropriate tonality  ensured the system worked as naturally for Hindi-speaking warehouse operators as for English-speaking dealer managers, maximising adoption across the full Indian user base.
