We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong backend and AI integration expertise to build and scale an end-to-end AI-powered platform.

You will work closely with product, AI engineers, and founders to architect, build, and optimize scalable systems that power intelligent automation, conversational AI, and data-driven decision engines.

This is not a maintenance role.
This is a 0 → 1 product building role.

Key Responsibilities

Backend & Architecture (Primary Focus)

  • Design and develop scalable backend systems using Node.js

  • Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs

  • Architect microservices-based or modular backend systems

  • Design database schemas and optimize queries (PostgreSQL / MongoDB)

  • Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access

  • Ensure system scalability, performance, and security

AI & Python Integration

  • Integrate AI/ML services using Python

  • Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

  • Build AI pipelines for:

    • Prompt engineering

    • AI inference workflows

    • Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)

    • Embedding & retrieval systems (RAG)

  • Implement conversational workflows & automation logic

  • Optimize token usage and AI performance

Frontend Development

  • Develop dynamic UI using React.js

  • Build dashboards, workflow builders, campaign modules

  • Integrate real-time updates via WebSockets

  • Create responsive and intuitive product interfaces

Product Development Ownership

  • Translate product requirements into scalable technical architecture

  • Work closely with product managers to define technical feasibility

  • Build MVPs and production-ready systems

  • Optimize deployment pipelines (CI/CD)

  • Write clean, maintainable, testable code

Technical Skills Required

Backend (Strong Expertise Required)

  • Node.js (5+ years hands-on)

  • REST APIs & Microservices

  • PostgreSQL / MongoDB

  • Authentication (JWT, OAuth)

AI & Python

  • Python (FastAPI / Flask preferred)

  • LLM integration experience

  • Prompt engineering understanding
