It facilitates clinical workflow optimization, secures access to healthcare intelligence, and frees up doctors’ time to focus on patient care, which is their main priority. It is codesigned by AI scientists and doctors, it intends to make real-time speech-to-text technologies in healthcare more accessible. Created with human-centric design using advance technologies its primary goal is to help institutions establish a strong backbone for a centralized healthcare infrastructure which benefits both doctors and patients.
The problem
How might we set up revenue forecasting for various KPI-based reports, along with personalization for sales agents to enable a focused approach, while also automating manual tasks to allow them to focus on their main KRAs? How might we connect various external systems, including an in-house tool, to consolidate data sources and achieve faster time-to-market for sales operations, improve accuracy of sales data, enhance intuitiveness of custom dashboards, and increase depth of automation workflows?
Lack of Visible Insights
Aggregation of reports aren’t available for CXOs to have meaningful and valuable insights to make faster decisions.
Missing Personalization
Personalization is missing in the dashboards where sales agents can see on their personalized landing pages on what to focus along with their key KPIs.

The solution
We adopted an approach of Audit, Ideate, Implement, which involved analyzing the current sales and marketing landscape to streamline it. We then ideated a TO-BE process by conducting stakeholder workshops and defining various KPIs. This was followed by defining workflows, data migrations, and custom integrations with Augnito, our in-house tool, as well as other systems like Freshdesk, Zoho Books, and more, to generate relevant reports and persona-based dashboards.
