We adopted an approach of Audit, Ideate, Implement, which involved analyzing the current sales and marketing landscape to streamline it. We then ideated a TO-BE process by conducting stakeholder workshops and defining various KPIs. This was followed by defining workflows, data migrations, and custom integrations with Augnito, our in-house tool, as well as other systems like Freshdesk, Zoho Books, and more, to generate relevant reports and persona-based dashboards.
